This guy who is planning to murder a lot of people in the story is up for some revenge and he won't stop until he finally kills the person who killed him.
'Pretty Little Liars' has always been good in playing mystery in creating a ghost character who is seeking vengeance for the cause of their death. That's what happened to "A" during the time of Cece. Lots of people have been dying now in season 6 and it is looking like the numbers are going to go higher.
The Inquisitr reported that the new villain's name has an alias known as "Big Bad." Many who have been following the show assumed that he is indeed a man, but it kind of brought some confusion when Cece said it's not the case. But based on the statements given by the showrunner Marlene King and actress Ashley Benson (as Hannah Marin), looks like the fans are right that he is a man.
In an interview with Seventeen Magazine, Benson shared, "The situations are more life or death, so it's not just all dolls and games. There's none of that stuff. It's definitely not fun and games. He's not trying to play with them. He threatens them."
Based on that statement that was confirmed by King, the villain is indeed a guy and he will keep doing what he does best until season 7, which is murdering people out of revenge while completely staying off everyone's radar.
