3 Doors Down To Perform During LSU Tigers Game Against Texas A&M

The American rock band with lead singer Brad Arnold - 3 Doors Down, is scheduled on Saturday, November 28 to perform with Louisiana State University's Tiger Band for the halftime show - when the LSU's football team takes on the Texas A&M Aggies football team in Tiger Stadium.

The performance of 3 Doors Down was announced on Monday via a press release, which came after the Louisiana State University Athletic Department's previous announcement with regards to two other similar performances that they cancelled. It would have been performed by the American pop rock band OneRepublic and the American hip hop artist, vocalist and son writer - Aloe Blacc.

The special halftime performance on Saturday will feature the 'Here Without You' hitmaker 3 Doors Down performing with LSU's Tiger Band for 11 minutes. If it will not be affected by the difficulties that have troubled the high-octane halftime performances scheduled so far, organizers intend for the performance to be the first in a series of the same shows in the upcoming seasons of Louisiana State University football.

The halftime show with the rock band 3 Doors Down will have an outstanding part of the band's track "Citizen Soldier" and will feature a special presentation for the military and veterans charity service organization - Wounded Warriors.

Chris Henderson, 3 Doors Down guitarist, stated, "This is my most anticipated moment in my entire life. Playing a show for my favorite team during a SEC game ... it doesn't get any better than that."

Henderson also said, "I'm actually a Louisiana State University (LSU) fan. I grew up 80 miles from Louisiana State University and being a Saints fan my whole life, it was kind of a natural progression. I tried to root for Mississippi State a little bit, but I'm just not into that team for whatever reason."

The 3 Doors Down band was in New Orleans last July 19, when they played at the outdoor festival plaza - Champions Square.
