Lebron James Storms Off the Court in the Middle of the Game and Cavs Receives Technical Foul for It

Lebron James stepped out of the court out of frustration during a game with the Atlanta Hawks last Saturday. This led to the referee giving a technical foul to the Cavaliers for only having four players on the court.

The team was said to be having "bad passes and silly turnovers" and when Jared Cunningham threw a bad pass out of rounds, James seemed to have had enough. So right after that bad pass, he stormed out of the court and quickly signalled for a substitute and immediately took a seat on the bench.

There wasn't enough time for a replacement though, so the team was left with having only four players on the court. The referee spotted this violation and issued a technical foul to the Cleveland Cavaliers. The side court commentator noticed the fast storm-off saying "Lebron left the floor too soon" with the other one adding "We don't see that happen very often."

The audience and some reporters were puzzled about the frustration and the eventual storm-off considering the Cavs was leading the game by 26 points. When one reporter asked him about it, James replied "That's not the point." Cleveland coach David Blatt added "Well, he was frustrated. He knew we weren't playing right... I understand his frustration, but obviously, you shouldn't do that."

Even if coach Blatt understood what happened, it didn't stop the public from criticizing James about the incident on social media. This clearly isn't the first time though that the player has gotten this negative attention from the public.

Last year, he received quite a flak over him not being able to literally take the heat during a game against the San Antonio Spurs. During that game, the entire arena experienced quite a discomfort due to the air conditioning system having some technical problems. This caused James to get cramps and leave the game because of it. One NBA fan tweeted "Best player in the world...........with working air conditioning."

James said he already apologized to his teammates for what happened at the game last Saturday.
