COCONUT VINEGAR
Coconut vinegar is commonly used in Southeast Asian cuisines. Its fermentation process is similar to other vinegar but its taste has a slightly less kick unlike other vinegars.
It has a very low calories and carbohydrates and cannot raise up blood sugar levels. It is high in minerals like potassium that controls blood sugars and speeds up sugar metabolization.
CINNAMON
Cinnamon can be consumed as a hot drink or just add it to tea, sprinkle on morning cereal or to other pastries.
Cinnamon can speed up metabolism which prevents storage of fat to increase. It also lowers blood sugars that are directly associated to obesity.
KELP
Kelp is a Japanese favorite which is similar to seaweed that can be added to dinner or lunch. It can be a sushi seasoning too.
