Last summer, the original winner of "American Idol," Kelly Clarkson, announced the world that she was expecting her second child with husband Brandon Blackstock after giving birth to daughter River Rose last year - and while the "Heartbeat Song" star's happy to add a new member to her family, this Kelly Clarkson pregnant time has been far from easy.
As the 33 year-old star releases new music (you can listen to her latest single, "Piece by Piece," below), she's been rounding up interviews as well, and she recently appeared on "CBS This Morning" to discuss what's going on in her life - including that very difficult Kelly Clarkson pregnant time.
"I'm familiar with all-day sickness," the singer told Gayle King about how Kelly Clarkson's pregnant days went. "I have to get IVs and fluids because I get so dehydrated. It's really bad."
According to Us Weekly, for the second Kelly Clarkson pregnant time, she's having about as rough a time as she did in the first one, when she told Ellen DeGeneres that sometimes she would throw up "dozens of times a day" as things got pretty bad for her.
Although Clarkson hasn't spoken of any particular health conditions, royal Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton has in the past revealed she's suffered from severe morning sickness in both her pregnancies, a condition called hyperemesis gravidarium.
As Billboard reports, though, things haven't been that tough now that Kelly Clarkson's pregnant for the second time, as she's got great support in her husband of two years, who he says "wins for being around," besides feeling "blessed" over the support that has poured in from both friends and family during this time.
Still, the singing superstar is still enchanted at adding a new baby boy to her growing family, keeping company to little River.
