In the new teaser of the next episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim was in a serious chat with Kourtney about his plans with Scott Disick when she was shocked to see her sister's ex-boyfriend suddenly popping in the kitchen where they were at.
"He's like, 'I just want my family,' or whatever ... and I'm like, 'Well, what are you doing to try to change your life?'" Kourtney told Kim. "There's just a lot that would have to happen for him to like, get on a good path."
"Yeah, it would definitely be a process," Kim responded, asking: "Do you think you would ever, like, forgive him and get back with him?"
The 36-year-old mother of three was about to answer her question when Kim interrupted, "Hey Scott!"
Kim was quick to hide her shocked face when Scott stormed in to find his car keys and complained he's "never heard so much f---ing noise in one house."
"I am like, in shock," the 35-year-old said in the interview. "I haven't seen him in so long, he obviously spent the night, and Kourtney didn't mention that he was there."
"I thought Kourtney was like, really strong and firm and now, like, are they back together?" she continued. "I just don't understand."
Kourtney broke up with Scott in July when he was caught snuggling with his ex-girlfriend in a weekend in Monte Carlo. Few months after, the 32-year-old reality star started visiting their kids, Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 11 months.
Scott checked into rehab in mid-October but opted for out-patient treatment soon after.
A source told People Kourtney brought the kids to visit him in Cliffside Malibu, a luxury drug and alcohol rehabilitation center earlier this month. "Scott and Kourtney had some friendly interaction, but Scott mostly focused on the kids," the source revealed.
