People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive for 2015 was given to David Beckham. It's a very awesome award for a global superstar, a loving and devoted husband to Victoria Beckham, and a hands-on father for four children. The coveted title was revealed after a day of full teasers on tonight's episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live.
During the episode a guessing game was played together with the audience, who asked to unmask the Sexiest Man Alive. "It's a huge honor. And I'm very pleased to accept." said David.
The tattooed hottie was asked about the cover and he said: "I saw it about an hour ago for the first time. Yes, I have," and he added that it's "the best moment of my career."
"I would obviously like to thank my parents for bringing me into this world, of course. I would like to thank my hairdresser, my stylist," he continued.
The hunk had a booming career for decades that made every heart melt. It was rather an unexpected event for he was not that sure if he is deserving for the title. "I never feel that I'm an attractive, sexy person," he says People magazine. "I mean I like to wear nice clothes and nice suits and look and feel good, but I don't ever think of myself that way."
Prior to the magazine's revelation, a little teaser was posted on its Instagram in order for the people to guess who will be the handsome personality that will pose on its cover this year.
The guessing game started with a photo of the previous mystery man.
The snapshot showed only a foot, blue pants and white shirt lifted to display a toned tummy and then followed by a video of the shoot not showing the celebrity's face.
The hot listings includes the previous title-holders Chris Hemsworth, Adam Levine, George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Hugh Jackman, Johnny Depp, Bradley Cooper, Channing Tatum, Matthew McConaughey, Ryan Reynolds and Ben Affleck, to name a only some.
