Being a Hollywood personality is not easy especially when it comes to maintaining an image of being healthy and fit. Body image seems to be all about this industry and one must really make an effort to keep their body in good shape. Julianne Hough who is now one of the judges of Dancing With The Stars shares her diet secrets and workout routine. People Magazine said she is all about variety.
Hough said that she gets bored if she only sticks to one diet routine, which is why she makes sure that she mixes them up a little bit. The 27-year-old dancing personality happens to be an ambassador for FitBit's FitForGood chariy. In her recent speaking engagement for the organization, she revealed one of her favorite workout routines called Body By Simone. Hough explained "it's dance cardio with resistance training and weight training."
She also said that she is working out with another fitness expert Astrid Mcguire. These are not the only workout routines she's been doing since she also does CorePower Yoga.
The star dancer is such an outgoing person that she loves to hike since she lives in Los Angeles and there are many hiking trails in her area and she takes her dogs along with her whenever she does it.
For those who want to steal her workout routine, she reveals that she actually works out five times a week, but still makes it a point to have the right amount of sleep.
People Magazine quoted Hough saying, "It's so easy to just be like, 'I'm tired,' 'I had a late night last night,' or 'I'd do much better if I got more sleep today, I'll work out later in the day.' That never happens, so having a set schedule works well for me. And then because I have that set schedule I'm like, I need to get an early night so I can do it."
As for her diet, she just keeps it balance. She does eat a lot but she makes sure that it is all balanced when it comes to the nutrients those foods give her body. A lot would be glad to know that she is also just like any other regular who has junk food struggles which is the candy Sour Patch Watermelon.
