Khloe Kardashian revealed on Thursday, Nov. 12, that her family urged her to leave the side of estranged husband Lamar Odom to get out of the hospital and do something for herself.
"Just recently I've been in the hospital for almost three-and-a-half weeks straight, and finally everyone was saying, 'Khloe, you have to get out of the hospital and do something that's for you,'" the 31-year-old daughter of Kris Jenner told San Diego Union-Tribune.
"I had such anxiety going to the gym, but as soon as I left, I felt like, 'Oh my God, I'm okay. I'm human again'," Khloe added on. "I just felt so good. But for those three weeks, I didn't think about the gym because I was thinking about other things, and I don't beat myself up about it."
To recall, "Strong Looks Better Naked" author was sighted with her boyfriend James Harden out in Hollywood on Nov. 8 as they attended a private concert at Lure night club. International Design Times shared that Khloe sported a long coat and a leather thigh-high boots.
Meanwhile, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star has also opened up during a latest dialogue with Ellen DeGeneres that she is completely cognizant that some people have interrogated her participation with Lamar's medical care. "I'm there helping him and I love him and I've always loved him," the younger sister of Kourtney and Kim Kardashian stated to the host in an interview set to air on Monday, Nov. 16. "And that will never change. And I just feel like it's a really insensitive thing to fast-forward a divorce."
"He's a fantastic person who deserves love and support and for someone to be by his side, and for me, I'm that to him," Khloe said of former partner Lamar who is presently recovering in the hospital. "And thank God I have a fantastic family who loves me and loves him just as much. And they're so supportive."
