Gayle King's Weight Loss Secrets and Updates Will Inspire Everyone To Be In Shape

Gayle King who is known for co-hosting a show called This Morning on CBS is on a roll when it comes to her dieting persuasion. King is also famous for being Oprah's best friend and now, she is empowering women as well in her journey to stay fit and healthy. E! Online reported that she is currently documenting her experience with this diet program known, as "Weight Watchers" and every now and then she would post result on her Instagram.

This whole journey started in September of this year and some great news was given by her today, as she just loss 14 pounds. That is quite an achievement for only 2 months.

King posted her achievement in weight loss with a caption on her Instagram that says, "As Beyonce says I woke up like this I woke up like this 14 pounds lighter we'll actually 14&half pounds lighter but who's counting ... Okay me ! Started @weightwatchers sept 12th ...."

Weight Watchers by the way is a company she and Oprah co-owns. The famous queen of talk show hosting herself is also getting success in losing weight as well that she shed 15 pounds since she started.

It does seem look easy when people looked at King's success for losing 14 pounds in just 2 months. But the great thing about it is that she has always been honest about her journey and said it still involves a lot of hard work. There were so many times that she was also discouraged.

Like that one time that she checked her weight and was so frustrated that she only lost half a pound. She captioned her post with, "So bummed only lost HALF A POUND with NO cheating on @weightwatchers ... Sticking with it tho..." She added, "Also bummed smudged new pedicure after letting them dry so well aware toes jacked up going back to salon today.. Hate when that happens...."
