Kylie Jenner Caught NYC Health Department's Attention For Operating Tattoo Gun Unlicensed

Kylie Jenner is clearly a curious teenager. The 18-year-old Hollywood icon has recently shocked everyone after exposing herself tattooing her artist without a license.

The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star called out the attention of the New York City Health Department after posting a video of her doing her handiwork on her tattoo artist named Keith McCurdy. Authorities consider the act as inappropriate and a violation to the rules. Unlicensed individuals are not supposed to operate a tattoo gun.

The NYC Health Department are now considering the possibility of fining the male artist for allowing Kylie Jenner take hold of the gun and mark the ink on him. If he will be proven guilty, he will be fined from $300 up to $1000.

However, Keith McCurdy is confident that he will not be fined with any amount because the Health Department did not caught Kylie Jenner in the act. He also reasoned that the youngest member of the Kardashian sister is not the first celebrity who inked him up. Many stars have done the same act on him before but he was never fined.

The tattoo artist also believes that he is doing a good act for Kylie Jenner for teaching her to tattoo. McCurdy reasoned that it would be best for the TV personality to learn straight from the expert.

"Isn't it best to learn under a licensed professional who can supervise?" McCurdy stated.

The male artist is also willing to take responsibility of the consequences of his action. Like a fan boy, he thinks allowing Kylie Jenner ink him up is worth than the fine he might receive.

"FYI, I'd pay $1,000 to let Kylie tattoo me any day of the week," said McCurdy.

Kylie Jenner is undeniably one of the most captivating ladies in the industry today that many men would gamble anything just to be with her.
