Copyright Complaint Against Britney Spears Withdrawn Because Complainant Can’t Afford Legal Fees

Owner of bangin-beats.com, Kirk Rothrum, sued Sony Music in May for Britney Spears' hit song Piece of Me. His accuse is that Sony had lifted the sounds of a lady seductively groaning, from his library, and did not get paid for it.

Yet, after several months Rothrum withdrew the copyright lawsuit for the reason that he can no longer handle the legal fees.

Spears were popular for her sexy, 'ooh and aahs'. She recently performed at Spear's Las Vegas residency show using her hit song 'Piece of Me'.

The complainant also claimed that some artists like Rihanna, Eminem, Jay Z, 50 Cent and Lloyd Banks are frequently using different samples from his library.

He also supposed that he is usually paid for the samples but Spears refused to pay.

The hit maker also shared a snap in a recording studio earlier this month captioned, 'Making magic in the studio with @thisisburns4real yesterday!'

The mother-of-two has taken a snapshot together with singer-songwriter Julia Michaels and Justin Tranter. She shared the photo to her more than six million Instagram followers. The two had previously worked with Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez.

The pop princess along with her fans shared the joy after Spears broadcasted that she has been in a studio to work with her ninth album after saying few months ago that she didn't have plans on working on a new album anytime soon. But the pop star more likely has changed her mind.

On March, Spears revaaled to Billboad, 'There's a lot going on with my kids and schools and you know, adding new sports and stuff like that.'

'I'm gonna try to do my best to do an amazing album but it's not my full priority right now,' she clarified. 'Albums just aren't as important in the digital age as they used to be. Britney will get to one eventually but not right now.'
