David Tennant's Kilgrave Shows Off His Evil Powers In Final 'Jessica Jones' Trailer [VIDEO]

Krysten Ritter may be the star of the show, but David Tennant's Kilgrave steals the scene from the superheroine in the final trailer for the Netflix series 'Jessica Jones!'

Although the Purple Man's powers have been hinted upon in the previous teasers, the final 'Jessica Jones' trailer displays just how dangerous Kilgrave can be when he puts his mind into other people.

The synopsis for the TV series reads as follows:

"After a tragic ending to her short-lived Super Hero stint, Jessica Jones is rebuilding her personal life and career as a private detective in Hell's Kitchen. It's time the world knew her name..."

The trailer starts with Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) having a conversation with Luke Cage (Mike Colter). It is revealed that Jessica runs a private investigation firm but turns out to be more than just a detective when she helps Luke take down several men who enter his bar. "You tossed a man twice your size across the bar with just one hand," Luke says to her. "Adrenaline kicked in," she explains.

Jessica Jones also admits that there is someone who knows about her abilities and his power is mind control. "How will you prove that his mind controller is real?" Jeri Hogarth (Carrie-Anne Moss) asks. "I'm a private investigator," Jessica replies. "I'm resourceful."

The final 'Jessica Jones' trailer features several action sequences and a few racy scenes between Jessica and Luke, but the true star of the teaser is David Tennant's eerie voice and the scene that shows he can control more than just one person at a time.

Kilgrave is a completely different character compared to the role that made David Tennant famous. Whereas he was funny and lovable as the Tenth Doctor in 'Doctor Who,' the actor appears as a sinister villain in 'Jessica Jones.'

'Jessica Jones' will premiere on Netflix on November 20.
