Paltrow is no stranger to the publishing, recipe and food world. In 2007, Paltrow signed on a PBS Television Series Spain... On the Road Again. The series showed the culture and food of Spain.

A year later, she had co-written a book with Mario Batali with a similar title to the series, Spain... A Culinary Roadtrip.

In 2008, she launched Goop - a website that encourages readers to "nourish the inner aspect".

Don't get weirded out by the title - it's based on her own initials.

In 2011, she wrote two book titled My Father's Daughter: Delicious, Easy Recipes Celebrating Family and Togetherness and Notes from the Kitchen Table. Two years later, she published another book titled It's All Good: Delicious Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great.

Under Goop Press, the first to be published will be the actress' own cookbook, her latest one and will be titled It's All Easy: Delicious Weekday Recipes for the Super Busy Home Cook, as reported by Times.

The cook book will be released in April next year. You can expect healthy recipes and ingredients such as natural juices and quinoa.
