Gwyneth Paltrow, is not only known for her work as Pepper Potts, the love interest of Iron Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the Iron Man films and The Avengers, she is also known for her clean eating and healthy lifestyle. Her current e-commerce website, Goop, is making a debut in the publishing world by imprinting on Grand Central Publishing.
In a recent press release, she stated that there are many incredible digital and online content being produced on the website everyday that she's excited to share it in hard copy to everybody worldwide. Goop Press is planning to publish one book per year. These books are created and designed by Paltrow herself with the help of her Goop team. Writers on the website will also be contributing three titles.
Paltrow is no stranger to the publishing, recipe and food world. In 2007, Paltrow signed on a PBS Television Series Spain... On the Road Again. The series showed the culture and food of Spain.
A year later, she had co-written a book with Mario Batali with a similar title to the series, Spain... A Culinary Roadtrip.
In 2008, she launched Goop - a website that encourages readers to "nourish the inner aspect".
Don't get weirded out by the title - it's based on her own initials.
In 2011, she wrote two book titled My Father's Daughter: Delicious, Easy Recipes Celebrating Family and Togetherness and Notes from the Kitchen Table. Two years later, she published another book titled It's All Good: Delicious Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great.
Under Goop Press, the first to be published will be the actress' own cookbook, her latest one and will be titled It's All Easy: Delicious Weekday Recipes for the Super Busy Home Cook, as reported by Times.
The cook book will be released in April next year. You can expect healthy recipes and ingredients such as natural juices and quinoa.
