iPad Pro: The Biggest iPad is Set to Be Released This Week

Apple's biggest tablet created, the iPad Pro, will be available for order at the company's website on Wednesday.  More so, the tablet will appear in retail locations later this week too.  The iPad Pro is reported to be somewhere between a regular iPad and a laptop.

Tech Insider reports that Apple announced in a press release Monday morning that it will release its biggest iPad starting Wednesday Novermber 11.  Apple will begin selling online on Wednesday and will begin selling at the retail stores on Friday.

Reports from Time reveal that the 12.9 inch iPad Pro is focused on professionals and creative artists alike.  As with the recent models of iPhones and iPads, it has a high-resolution Retina display, an improved 8-megapiel rear camer.  It can be used with productivity-minded accessories that include a stylus called the Apple Pencil and a keyboard case similar to Microsoft's Surface designs. The keyboard case props up the tablet and is called Smart Keyboard.

Most notably, iPad Pro has a faster processor than the previous iPad models and slightly thicker than the iPad Air.  Apple's A9X chip is said to be twice as fast as last year's iPad Air 2.  The company further claims that it is faster than 80 percent of PCs shipped in the last year.

The large tablet comes with four speakers for full stereo sound.  It can has the ability to run apps side by side because of the new Split Screen feature in iOS 9.

The iPad Pro is said to be sold at $799 for 32 GB model without cellular data connection.  The Apple Pencil is sold separately at $99 while the smart keyboard is sold at $169.

Additionally, Apple will sell the iPad Pro in three different colors: silver, gold, and space grey.

Meanwhile, Apple's spectacular iPad Pro comes amidst tablet sales decline of 12.6 percent year-over-year in the third quarter of this year.  Other tech companies have shifted their focus to professional users in an effort to reverse the trend.  Do you think this will increase the sale of Apple products?  What do you think of the iPad Pro?  Let us know by leaving your comments below.
