According to him food companies that offer combo meals are not actually selling it on a bargain price so much different from any customer's belief of "more food for less money".

Families choose to celebrate "special occasions" on fast-food restaurants even though they have been in that place all the time.

Duke University researchers found out that chains regularly encourage customers to purchase bigger sodas by adding number of ounces in ALL sodas, even more money are charged for it.

Today's food packs more calories than the food from the 1980s

Calorie intake these days are twice from what restaurants serve 30 years ago.
Cheeseburger: 75 percent more calories
French fries: 190 percent more calories

Pizza: 70 percent more calories
