Kaley Cuoco Celebrates Marriage With Upside Down Cake Hanging From Crystal Chandelier

What is the most outrageous cake you've ever seen?

According to People magazine, actress Kaley Cuoco takes the price. The "Big Bang Theory" actress married fiancé Ryan Sweeting on New Year's Eve and the two celebrated with an enormous cake, hanging down from a crystal chandelier.

"TY to #thebutterend for creating our magical chandelier cake. Literally hanging above us. EPIC," Cuoco wrote on Instagram, posting a picture of her new husband and the cake behind them.

The fire and ice theme ceremony featured the six-tiered cake was from the Butter End Cakery in Los Angeles. People reported that the original plan was for the cake to be lowered down and then place upright.

"But I had this vision: What if the chandelier was high and the cake was underneath it? So I told Kaley and she kind of lost it. She got very excited and said, 'How do we even do that?" Butter End owner Kimberly Bailey said.

According to People, Bailey has reportedly made cakes for actress Drew Barrymore and for the cast of "How I Met Your Mother" and "Parks and Recreation".

The cake was made using custom rigging, sandbags, and a whole lot of rhinestones and was boasted with two flavors, "almond with toasted almond cream cheese buttercream frosting and chocolate almond cherry with cherry cream cheese butter cream frosting."

Cuoco and her groom were able cut the cake, while hanging upside down

"We hung sandbags off of the chandelier to see how much weight it would bear," Bailey said. "If you look at the second to bottom tier, there's a big hole in it. That's where she cut it. They cut it, they ate it."
