Earlier this year, Amber Heard became Johnny Depp's wife and it seems that means he's turned into the Oscar nominee's ultimate prank victim, as the actor just decided to show the world just how much his new wife loves her car, a vintage Mustang.
The "Pirates of the Caribbean" star and his father-in-law, Heard's father, pulled a huge prank on Johnny Depp's wife recently, teaming up with "Overhaulin'" to punk the blonde beauty to make her believe her Mustang had been stolen (which is apparently a very common occurrence, having gone through this twice before) and hiring some fake cops to fill up the drama.
According to News.com.au, it's pretty clear that Johnny Depp's wife really loves her car, so Depp and her father set things up to get it working even better than top function along with show "Overhaulin,'" though of course she didn't know this and was traumatized to find out it'd been "stolen."
The episode dealing with the Mustang owned by Johnny Depp's wife will air next week, and as The Mirror reports, a good portion of the episode sees the "Magic Mike XXL" actress losing her patience at "police" when she reports the supposed car theft, as they not only seem to be completely uninterested in finding her beloved car but they even attempt to go paparazzi on them by taking pictures, prompting her to become understandably annoyed and flip them off.
Thankfully it was only a television show, things could have gotten pretty unpleasant at that point for Johnny Depp's wife if she'd been disrespectful to a police officer for real!
According to The Daily Mail, as Depp was in on the whole thing, it's more than likely that he got on his wife's nerves over being totally easygoing with the supposed police.
