Will Smith Takes Over The Cover of Empire Magazine Being "Deadshot"

Hollywood superstar Will Smith made it to the cover of Empire Magazine posing as The Suicide Squad's "Deadshot." The actor has achieved so many milestones in his career and this one just added to it.

It's a character based on a film to be directed by David Ayer and fans could finally watch it on August of 2016. Empire Magazine featured Smith in promotion of the movie he is filming.

During an interview with the magazine, the 47-year-old actor revealed that he worked extra hard on this one that it has reached into a whole new level. This is not the first time the actor has done an action film where he is the protagonist since he was first made famous for Independence Day, Bad Boys and even Hancock, where he was almost kind of a superhero.

Smith said, "On Bad Boys, I trained in Miami with special-ops guys, but this is a whole other level." From that statement alone, fans could expect a whole new level of his acting skills for this project.

Deadshot's character based on the comic book was this assassin who can aim perfectly and kill his opponent, hence his name. He was also known to be someone who is really mean that he'd kill for money. Later on, another story about his character started circulating that he is now this someone who would only kill to raise his daughter. This would give his character a good twist and depth and Cinema Blend thought that it might be the angle that Smith would take.

When Smith was asked about how he would portray Deadshot, the actor answered with,"I guess I like the concept of dubious morals. I've always liked to play in that area. With Suicide Squad, we just started on that."
