The rapper is undergoing some serious troubles AGAIN.
DMX was arrested on Tuesday October 27, 2015. His former wife, Tashera Simmons filed a case against him for not paying his child support for his 4 children that he had with her.
In the previous year, the judge ordered X to pay $10,000 to his ex-wife every month as his child support.
Even though X's ex-wife's lawyer, Joseph Daniels asked for the judge to charge bail amount, the MC was released without bail.
X was released on the day of his imprisonment though but it took him a lot of convincing before he got out. He showed up in court and promised to be there on his next court date even telling the judge that he can't do anything to hide.
The rapper knew he had to defend himself, he stated that filing a case against him and being imprisoned can affect his image which is a really bad thing for his career and his career is the only thing that keeps the money in his bank. He also said that all he ever had is his name and reputation and if it gets ruined, it might affect his gigs, which means he'd be having a hard time to earn for a living.
X is expected to show himself in the court on November 18, 2015 to settle the case, the Judge had told him that things will not go well and that he'd be suffering under some consequences if he does not show up on the said date.
Over the months, the rapper had been accused of doing something illegal that caused him some serious issues. He was also sentenced to jail for six months last July, fortunately he was released on September. He was even incriminated of being a part of the arm robbery at a gas station last April.
X's experiences and problems inspired him to write something about it to make new music. He said that it would be about letting the whole world know that, the problems that everybody encounters in life is a challenge that could sharpen a person into becoming a better one for themselves.
