Taylor Swift Files Charges Against a Radio DJ For Alleged Sexual Assault

Taylor Swift was reported to have filed sexual assault charges against country radio DJ David Mueller. The singer claimed that she was groped by Mueller at the backstage of her concert during the meet and greet session.

In a news report published by Radar Online, they explained that this whole incident began when Mueller first filed charges against Swift's team because he claimed that she is the reason why he was fired from job at the 95.5 KYGO radio station. The DJ said he was employed with that station since 2013 and had been in the industry for 2 decades and it took just one day of being in Swift's concert to ruin his reputation and lose his job.

Furthermore, The Inquisitr wrote about Mueller's side of the story and said that he was invited to go to the concert by his company at that time and even brought along his girlfriend. Everything was fine and well and they even had pictures of her during the photo op. But here's the thing, one of this co-workers were also there and took photos with the pop singer and even bragged that he was able to put his arms around her and touched her behind. Swift's bodyguard said it Mueller who did it and that was the reason why he got fired. The DJ was arguing that they have mistaken him for someone else.

Meanwhile, on Taylor's team, she insisted that it was Mueller who sexually assaulted her that night. The court document about the lawsuit says, "Mueller's newfound claim that he is the 'wrong guy' and, therefore, his termination from KYGO was unjustified, is specious. Ms. Swift knows exactly who committed the assault - it was Mueller - and she is not confused in the slightest about whether her long-term business acquaintance, Mr. Haskell, was the culprit."
