Over the week, recent "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" news has come out confirming that a new trailer might be coming "soon". While the announcement already came from Director Zack Snyder himself, he hasn't specified the exact time, date, nor place of the much-anticipated trailer.
"I think we got to have a trailer soon," Snyder told 411Mania during a talk regarding his work on "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice."
According to Screen Crush, there is a possibility that the new trailer will be released in December, with evidence being that its release alongside the showing of Ron Howard's "In the Heart of the Sea" starring Chris Hemsworth is a good strategy. Being only three months away from the theater release of "Dawn of Justice," which is March 25, it would also mean increased publicity.
If the trailer is to be released in December, it would also coincide with the theater release of "Star Wars VII: The Force Awakens." Synder's interview with 411Mania reveals that he has a bit of rivalry with "Star Wars" Director JJ Abrams, making a December trailer release possible.
There were also rumors that Synder would be releasing two new trailers for "Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice" in October - one revolving around Batman while one revolving around Superman, according to The Inquisitr.
Another rumored time of the trailer's release is 2016. Many would agree that showing a trailer at the beginning of the New Year as a final promotion for the film is a good idea, and three trailers for a movie that will be coming out only next year is too early, according to Movie Pilot.
While it is definite that there would be an upcoming "Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice" trailer, only time will tell the exact date of its release, and with all speculations, it may be sooner rather than later.
Meanwhile, Batman is shown having so much rage against Superman, and with all that rage and with it being the first time Affleck is set to appear in a DC Comics-related film, it might be possible that he is set to appear in another one.
According to Movie Web, Warner Bros. is set on making more DC films including "Justice League Part 1," "Justice League Part 2" and "Wonder Woman." Because the Gal Gadot-starring film"Wonder Woman" will be centering on events before the "Batman v Superman" world, according to JoBlo, it is likely that Ben Affleck will be making a small cameo in the film, reported The Inquisitr.
"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" will be released in theaters March 25, 2016. There is no official release date yet for "Wonder Woman."
