On their new film's premiere night, "Our Brand Is Crisis", Sandra Bullock reminisces the first time she met her longtime friend, George Clooney.
She brings to mind that Clooney has played as a perfect wingman to a gentleman at that time she would like to beher boyfriend. The 51-year-old said, "When I came out after I spent time with George, George went to him and said, 'If you don't marry her, I will,"
"George is not gonna marry anybody except for Amal. He was waiting 30 years to do that," she added.
According to her Clooney's witticism became a beginning of a four-year romance with the mutual friend.
"But that was sort of the thing that sort of got him to just hang with me, the boyfriend," Bullock said. "So we were together for four years after that, thanks to George."
The A-list actress obviously moved on already and recently revealed to the public her relationship with her new beau Bryan Randall, who was with her at Monday night's premiere. It is clear that the couple is enjoying each other's company and are so into eachother. A source close to Randall's family said that "He's a great guy."
Regardless of the rumors, a source publicized that Bullock and Randall are not yet engaged and are also not living together. The couple has been "happily dating" and in the moment of getting to know each other since June.
Sandra and Clooney have been close pals for decades - from the moment they first met.
Reviewers have been varied on "Our Brand is Crisis," even though they've uttered affectionate admiration of Sandra Bullock's aggressive performance.
The film "Our Brand Is Crisis" is a political dramedy produced by Clooney and starred by Bullock. It is directed by David Gordon Green and will be open in theaters on Friday.
