The "Roar" hitmaker chose to dine at Olive Garden for her birthday celebration. In addition to Katy Perry performing "Firework" and "Roar," Perry also tried earnestly to persuade attendees to go out and vote.

So much change can be experienced," Perry also said, "I stand and I march with the presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton. I believe in her future, her vision. I believe in Hillary Clinton's policies.
