Apple iOS 9 Bugs May Force Users to Switch to Google Android

In the hopes to fix bug issues that came with the release of iOS 9.0, 9.0.1 and 9.0.2, Apple recently released the iOS 9.1 update.  However, with the recent issues that users faced in the coming of iOS 9 despite thorough Developer and Public beta testing, the new operating system is now forcing some of its users to switch to Android smart phones with its much stable operating system.

As reported in The Hoops News, the feature packed operating system is having issues with its own characteristics or in the way it works.  According to BGC, iOS users are now turning their attention towards the Android smart phones which has a more stable operating system and it cost way much cheaper.  Surprisingly, the Nexus smart phones are getting the spotlight of iOS users and not the other smart phones manufactured by Samsung, LG, HTC and more.

The Android Marshmallow features a more sophisticated technology for a simplified user experience.  The features that Android Marshmallow currently has are not yet available in iOS 9.  It was further reported that Google is pushing Preview builds to the developers, exclusive for Nexus smart phones, for testing purposes.  However, as it was mentioned earlier, the builds are much more stable than the initial iOS releases.

If Apple continues to release builds with bugs that affect productivity, the company may eventually lose the battle that its founder, Steve Jobs, has aimed on winning; the fight with Android.

The recent updates were even worse last year when iPhones were reported to die down with no cellular activity.  Admittedly, Apple was able to fix it, similar issues are persisting in the recent builds affecting the over-all user experience      and productivity of the device.  However, Apple seems to be doing its best to fix the issues as it started pushing out minor upgrades for public beta testing to get early feedback and improve the issues.

The issues that come with iOS 9 should definitely be addressed if Apple does not want to lose its current and potential users.  Android Marshmallow shows promising performance and from what the reports are saying, iOS 9 should keep up with it.
