Scream Queens Season 1 Finale, What's in Store for the Last Episode, Who is the Red Devil?

In the first ever EW Fest (Entertainment Weekly) on Saturday in New York City, EW tries to get the scoop on Scream Queens Episode 13 for this season - the last episode. Ryan Murphy - creator of Scream Queens - teased viewers on what to expect. Who is the Red Devil?

Scream Queens is a television comedy-horror series involving the ladies of the Kappa Kappa Tau sorority. The show centers around the murders involving the KKT sorority girls. This season's cast includes Lea Michele, Keke Palmer and Emma Roberts. All three girls received the show's 13th and final episode script ready for filming. Except for the last pages which contains the final act. Who is the Red Devil? Who is the murderer?

"They get everything but the last act because I don't trust them," Murphy tells EW. But what he can tell us is that the killer is revealed and will showcase how the killer got away with the murders for the whole season. That means lots of flash backs and definitely some twists for the fans.

This gets confusing as the latest episode of Scream Queens showed a possibility that the murderer is probably one of the KKT girls. Or is he? Or.. is "she"? In the latest episode, Episode 6 "Seven Minutes in Hell", the girls are locked in the dormitory for a slumber party. Zayday, the newly elected co-president wanted to have the slumber party for only one purpose - find out the truth about who the killer is. Thinking they are all safe from harm, they played the usual slumber party games - truth or dare and seven minutes in heaven. As the show progressed, the girls found themselves locked in and one of their own was murdered by suffocation from a truth or dare consequence. Ultimately, a secret tunnel was found which leads to the outside.

What does this mean then? The killer knows about the secret tunnel. Is the killer a KKT sorority girl? Is the killer inside the house? We'll never know until the last episode of Scream Queens on Fox TV.
