Ed Sheeran and Rudimental Perform ‘Lay It All On Me’ At MTV EMAs 2015 [PHOTOS + VIDEO]

Ed Sheeran gave a show-stopping performance alongside Rudimental after picking up two gongs at the MTV European Music Awards.

The singers performed Lay It All On Me, leaving the crowd on their feet as they managed a pitch-perfect show.

The 24-year-old took a break from co-hosting the MTV EMAs on Sunday, October 25 with Ruby Rose to perform with Rudimental, and it was flawless.

Dressed in all black, the musician stood on a tall speaker along with a keyboardist for most of the performance. To one side he had a drummer, and the other three incredible back up singers who danced throughout the performance.

“Lay It All On Me” is a really fun, upbeat track and both Ed and Rudimental nailed it for the awards!

Ed hosted the bash in Milan alongside Ruby Rose, and has been praised by Twitter viewers for his one-liners and fun personality.

It comes as he walked away with the Video Visionary Award for his V Festival, Hylands Park performance in 2014. He also won the Best new act award, leaving the flame-haired singer with a huge grin.

Meanwhile Justin Bieber was the big winner tonight, taking home four gongs.

The 21-year-old singer - who made a musical comeback this year with his number one song - picked up the award for Best Male again at the ceremony.

Justin beat out fellow stars Pharrell Williams, Kanye West, Jason Derulo and the awards show's host Ed Sheeran for the gong.

Ed Sheeran arrived in the red carpet looking dapper in a suit at the 2015 MTV European Music Awards held at the Mediolanum Forum on Sunday in Milan, Italy.

The singer/songwriter was joined by his co-host for the night, Orange is the New Black star Ruby Rose.

“In Milan, hosting the @MTV EMA’s tomorrow, but until then it’s pasta toime mmmyep,” he tweeted the day before.

Ruby tweeted, “It’s EMA day…. 7 am. 3 hours sleep and there’s no turning back now.”
