Meghan Trainor’s Surgery Really Upset Her

Meghan Trainor , the "All About That Bass" chart maker recently suffered a hemorrhaged vocal cord and had to undergo surgery to repair the damage.

Meghan thought it was a very upsetting experience especially when her career may be affected because of the predicament.

According to the singer, ''It was a big slap in the face. I try not to get sick. I was trying my best, but it's hard with my schedule. It's hard to sleep on a moving bus. But I'm trying to be strict now. This morning, I didn't speak at all because I knew I had an hour of interviews to do.''

The singer has set big dreams for herself and her ambitions are very much set into place One of her hopes in the career she has greatly been good at is to have a suet with the "Up Town Funk" phenomenon Bruno Mars.

''I have so many dreams.'' quips Meghan.

Her physique also was a source of her insecurity in the past until she actually found her niche in the music industry.

Meghan notes, ''Confidence was always something I wanted in my life, but I was very insecure growing up. Now parents come up to me and say, 'You saved my daughter's life.' I have mothers saying that their household has changed since they now dance around to 'All About That Bass.' Those moments stick with me.''

Meghan however in the present is happy and proud to in her own skin.

In an interview with PEOPLE Magazine she said, ''In all my videos, I show off what I'm working with. They put me in pencil and A-line skirts - and tight tops so you can see my chest because it's bomb!''

Meghan Elizabeth Trainor was born in December 22, 1993. She is an American singer-songwriter and record producer. She was born and raised in Nantucket, Massachusetts.

In 2014 Meghan signed a recording contract with Epic Record and became famous after releasing a major-labe debut studio album Title (2015). The album landed in the number 1 in the Nillboard 200 and produced hits like 'All About That Bass", "Lips Are Movin'" and " Dear Future Husband"
