Two- Part Sequel to Deathly Hallows, 'Harry Potter and the Cursed Child' Play Dates Released!

Harry Potter is set to make his return in J. K. Rowling's new stage play called 'Harry Potter and the Cursed Child' in London's West End next summer and tickets is available as soon as next week.

According to Metro, Harry Potter the Cursed Child is the eighth installment in the series and will takes place 19 years after the final film. In the story, Harry is now a middle-aged man, an overworked employee of the Ministry of Magic and a father with a wife and three kids.

Harry struggle with his past experience that refuses to stay where it belongs. Albus, his youngest son in the story which named after the late Albus Dumbledore, is the Cursed Child in the story.

J. K. Rowling author of the book Harry Potter series said that story exists because the right group of people came together with a brilliant idea and knows how to present Harry Potter on stage. She added that she is confident that when audiences see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, fans will understand why the creator chose to tell Harry's story that way.

As reported by Deadline, it is confirmed that the stage play will be made up of two parts. Cursed Child is set be open in West End's Palace Theatre in summer 2016 and encourages  fans to watch both installments on the same day with matinee and evening performances.

The preview performances are set to take place from June 7 to July 3 with an additional four special previews planned for the end of May according to Independent. The regular performances of the play will be open on July 6 and are scheduled to run until Sept. 18, 2016.
