Fashion designer Whitney Port is all set to head down the aisle and tie the knot with her fiance, television producer Tim Roserman, in the succeeding months.
The Hills alum spoke to Us weekly about her wedding plans and what she does to keep in shape for the big day and has even designed her own wedding dress.
“Health and fitness for me is just part of my daily ritual,” the bikini-loving Californian dishes to Us. “I work out probably five or six times a week. I mix up spinning and circuit training, and then I really just try to nourish myself with good things. I don’t stick to a crazy diet. I just try to really put good, healthy things into my body and fuel it as opposed to mindlessly eat to get full.”
Whitney and her fiancé of two years are planning an private ceremony that will be a "modern take on a traditional [wedding]. The whole feeling of it is just going to be one big, fun party!"
The 30-year-old also told E! that they will "definitely be writing our own vows. We have some family that's a part of it. It's going to be really personal."
Whitney comes from a family of five kids, so just having lots of sisters and a brother and that way of a big family atmosphere is something very important to her.
Whitney recently shared that her friend and former The Hills co-star Lauren Conrad would be receiving an invitation to her nuptials.
"The Hills" is an American reality television series, that follows Laguna Beach's Lauren "LC" Conrad as she moves to L.A. to attend college at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.
After four seasons and some major drama Whitney decided to leave for New York City and do her own show, in an American reality television series "The City".
Port couldn’t be more excited to spend forever with her fiancé, Rosenman.
“My favorite thing [about him] is just his humor,” she says. “He makes me laugh more than anyone could ever possibly. For me, that was such an important quality in someone you choose to spend the rest of your life with.”
