1D Fans Furious on Canceled Belfast Gig!

Thousands of One Direction fans are furious after the scheduled concert has been postponed Tuesday.

According to Belfast Telegraph, One Direction's Belfast gig at the SSE Arena on Oct. 20 has been called off after one of the members fell ill - Liam Payne. Hundreds of fans then left in tears when the event was postponed.

Therefore, one of the members, Harry Styles, apologized to everyone after the cancelation of the gig on Tuesday, October 20. In addition to this, the boy band member who fell ill also tweeted "I'm so sorry to everybody I disappointed last night. I'm feeling better now. I really hope everyone can make the rescheduled date on Friday." Following his tweet, the latter received lots of get- well- soon messages from the band's fans, and he thanked everyone for the well wishes through a separate tweet.

A full refund for the fans who bought the tickets or entrance for the rearranged game for the Belfast Giants and Sheffield teams' audience has been offered to pacify everyone who got disappointed of the canceled gig of the boy band.

On the other hand, this postponement is unacceptable for Sheffield Steelers' owner Tony Smith and says that the matter has not ended yet, noted BBC. It is because many fans already booked their travel as well as gamenight tickets and hotel. But the Saturday match between the two teams will go ahead as planned at the SSE Arena.

Neil Walker, SSE Arena general manager, said that they are very grateful to both ice hockey teams and apologized to their fans for any inconvenience the event has caused. The cancellation has contributed disruption, financial loss, and inconvenience for both the supporters and the club.

However, Belfast Giants' Steve Thornton, head of hockey operations, said that he understood the reasons that an unusual and difficult decision had to be taken to postpone the game and the gig at the time.
