Heidi Klum traveled to the future for her Halloween costume.
The supermodel turned reality-star host transformed into a elderly woman for her annual party at Marquee nightclub in Chelsea. The "Project Runway" host even climbed into a vintage auto that carried her to the jubilee.
Klum's face was unrecognizable. Her normally taut skin appeared to sag, and there were wrinkles all over her forehead, chin, and neck. She wore a pearl necklace, printed top, and a black cane to help her walk.
The former Victoria's Secret model also had varicose veins running up her famously long legs and gone was her trademark blonde tresses replaced with a stringy, white wig.
"I start thinking of ideas months before Halloween, and I have an amazing team who makes the impossible possible," she told Parade Magazome. "I don't really have a system for picking my costume each year, they just kind of come to me. It's definitely not a last-minute decision. It takes months of preparation."

The 40-year-old Klum documented her "aging" process on social media as three makeup artists turned her into a wrinkly old lady.
"Ok guys . . . I am going into the future," Klum tweeted before undergoing the cosmetic procedure.
In the past, she's transformed herself into Cleopatra (2012), an ape (2011), an alien robot (2010), a black crow (2009), and a Hindu goddess (2008).
"I take Halloween very seriously, so I'm not a fan of a thrown-together costume," she said, "But in an absolute pinch, look around at what items you have around your house. You'd be surprised what you can come up with. Or cut two holes in a bed sheet and be a ghost. But seriously, I'd rather stay home than go out in an uninspired costume."
Other celebrities getting into the spirit of the evening were TV host Bethenny Frankel as Marilyn Monroe, Victoria's Secret model Lindsay Ellingson as sexy Sandy from "Grease" and Perez Hilton channeling Miley Cyrus in her controversial performance with Blurred Lines singer Robin Thicke at MTV's Music Video Awards in August.
They were joined by celebrity stylist June Ambrose as Elizabeth I and Alexandra Richards, the daughter of Patti Hansen and Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards, as a cute Cowardly Lion from "The Wizard of Oz."
"I want people to strive to have a better costume than me," Klum told Us Weekly. "I want my guests to really wow me! It's so much fun when I'm looking at someone in their costume and it takes me a few minutes to figure out it is one of my closest friends!"
