Watch Drake Shimmy and Shuffle in the New 'Hotline Bling' Video! [VIDEOS]

It was on Monday night when Drake finally released the official music video for his latest hit, "Hotline Bling." Time reports that the single currently sits at the number two spot in the Billboard charts.

The premise for the music video is aptly described by Rolling Stone:

"Keeping with the song's booty call theme, the Director X-helmed video opens up with an office full of phone sex operators before the action shifts to Drake, who delivers his surprise smash single in a sleek, futuristic room where monochromatic colors bounce off the walls. Like the song itself, the 'Hotline Bling' video debuted on Apple Music."

Since the song's debut on OVO Sound's Beats 1 Radio in July, the tune has been an instant hit. In fact, it's even "almost pushing Drake towards his first-ever Number One hit."

Some people have suggested that "Hotline Bling" is a remix of D.R.A.M.'s "Cha Cha," although Drake has yet to confirm these allegations, the track does include a sample - a faster tempo - of Timmy Thomas' "Why Can't We Live Together."

What's probably most notable about the video is Drake's horrible dancing skills -- which can be actually be applied to several different songs.

Some people from the Internet have actually taken scenes from the music and added music from the "Rugrats" theme song, the theme song for "Star Wars," and even Tom Jones' "It's Not Unusual." Yes, #DrakeAlwaysonBeat!

Not only that, "Hotline Bling" has been one of the songs that fellow artists have done covers on - whether it be live performances or recordings.

There's Nick Jonas doing a live performance:

Erykah Badu also remixed the song, which "reimagines the song from her perspective and interpolates not only her own single 'On and On' but her ex-boyfriend Andre 3000's hit 'Ms. Jackson' as well."

Kehlani and Charlie Puth have also covered the track - a slowdown version:

Keyshia Cole has also put her own spin on "Hotline Bling:"

In addition, Yuna also remixed the track, combined with her signature sound.
