Tom Hiddleston Net Worth: 'I Saw the Light' Star Performs Live As Hank Williams at Movie Premiere - Watch the Video!

Tom Hiddleston attended the premiere of his upcoming movie, "I Saw the Light," in Nashville on Saturday. While that doesn't seem like much of a surprise, his performance sure was!

Yes, the "Avengers" and "Thor" actor sang a few selected songs from the film, where he plays the role of country singer Hank Williams, who became a large influence on popular music in the 20th century.

The Hollywood Reporter even took note of how Tom Hiddleston actually tackled the performance - singing during majority of the concert as the late Hank Williams, which included the latter's "Southern drawl."

Among the classic tunes Hiddleston performed were "Hey Good Lookin," "Why Don't You Love Me Like You Used To Do," and "Move It On Over," as co-star Elizabeth Olsen and director Marc Abraham danced along to Tom's performance.

Talking to the crowd, Tom Hiddleston said, "I've realized I'm incapable of doing any of this in a British accent. [...] You know the British are famously repressed."

Back in September, Tom Hiddleston first shared a clip from "I Saw the Light" on his Twitter account, particularly the scene where he performs "Move It On Over."

In fact, the footage features Tom Hiddleston portraying Hank Williams in the recording singer. It also gives an inside look into the country singer's home life with wife Audrey Mae Williams, played by Elizabeth Olsen.

According to the Huffington Post, the film - along with Tom Hiddleston's performance - was "recently made ineligible for any Oscar love after its premiere date was moved from this November 28 to March 25 of next year."

Talking to Deadline, Sony Pictures co-president Tom Bernard said that "they were happy with the reception the film received at its World Premiere at TIFF and that [the delay] wasn't a factor at all."

Tom Hiddleston net worth is $8 million.
