Cake Cleanse Program for Dieters Allows You to Eat Cakes

Deborah Schipper, 40, is a certified Sydney foodie and  lovsweets. Deborah also experienced the feeling of any other person who had struggled to give up treats throughout a diet.

An excellent way to recharge and reboot after a long winter is to undergo cleansing but to other people, the technique of fasting and doing a juice program basically is not a sustainable cleanse program..

Deborah's 'cake cleanse' program has answered the dilemma and prayers of those dieters who came in the same sweet situation like her.

'I had a number of really serious health issues including extreme eczema, dermatitis and debilitating insomnia, and it just spiralled from there,' she told the Daily Mail Australia.

'I wasn't getting answers and I knew I would have to put in a lot of effort with it so I started really looking into my diet.'

She decided to try something new subsequent to trying numerous cleanses and make every effort with hunger and energy levels.

'I've always been reasonably healthy but the sweet treats and processed foods snuck in as I got busy with work and needed an energy boost,' Ms Schipper said.

'I love sweets and I knew I could never give them up - life is there to enjoy food and I wanted to enjoy food but didn't want to give up the foods that I loved.'

That's why she came out with Cake Cleanse Program within four weeks that included a recipe book. In this program the participants will be allowed to eat healthy and nutritious mud cakes, cupcakes, brownies, and other sweet treats as a part of their day by day mealtime.

Ms. Schipper who has a background in health and beauty said, 'It's all about a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner but it's also about bad foods turned good - so it has things like pancakes as well that are actually really good for you."

'I would say that since eating this way my skin issues and my insomnia are 90 per cent better, I'm happier, have more energy and look forward to every single day - and I never have to worry about my weight again!'

According to Ms. Shipper her favorite recipes are the mug cakes, Made in almond and coconut flour. 'You can have cake for breakfast and be healthy. With the mug cakes you can have them in the morning for breakfast and you are full until lunch time,' Ms Schipper said.
