Let's see what else she can do aside from putting her name on the list of the world's best MMA fighters.
UFC Women's Bantamweight champion, Ronda Rousey has already proven herself in the octagon ring, but the 28-year old champ clearly wants to try a different ground and as she shows her interest in making a name for herself in the world of acting.
During her one-on-one interview with the ET Online, Rousey hinted about her role on her upcoming film 'Mile 22' with the 'Transformers' actor, Mark Wahlberg.
Adding to this, Rousey mentioned that along with her future acting undertakings, including 'Mile 22', Marvel will hopefully consider her for the role of Captain Marvel in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
"I'm really looking forward to doing my first starring role opposite Mark Wahlberg (in Mile 22)." She said. "Hopefully by the time Captain Marvel comes around, I will have enough experience and skills in the field for them to really seriously consider me."
Reports say that Rousey first showed her interest in the role during a Reddit AMA a few months back, when one of her fans asked her as which superhero she would like to play on screen.
The news pushing her name to be likely considered in portraying the role as Captain Marvel has been reportedly approved by many, including Marvel Studios president, Kevin Feige who looks up to her because of her enthusiasm.
Though Rousey doesn't have much to brag when it comes to acting, she seems determined in working her skills in the years to come. In fact, besides her role in Mile 22, Rousey is also set to portray a major role in the 'Road House' remake.
Captain Marvel will be hitting theatres on March 8, 2019.
