There was news saying that the cast and crew will no longer be filming in there, but it looks like they are back once again since they were all seen in Dubrovnik.
The local newspaper in Croatia even published pictures including Cersei's character with her new haircut. It was not her who was seen in the area because apparently, Princess Myrcella Baratheon (played by Nell Tiger Free) was also there.

And yes, it is confirmed that his character is going to be seen again on the 6th season, as he was spotted on the set in Northern Ireland wearing his man bun. Watchers On The Wall reported that Jon Snow's character might have risen from the dead.
