Johnny Depp has opened up about his sentiments for his daughter's blossoming career in Germany's Gala magazine October issue.
The 52-year-old actor expressed his concern for his 16-year-old daughter Lily-Rose Depp. "To be honest, I'm quite worried," Johnny reportedly said, according to translation from The Huffington Post.
The proud "Pirates of the Caribbean" star admitted he is not comfortable on what his daughter is doing right now but he is happy to see Lily-Rose enjoying it. "What's happening with Lily-Rose right now isn't what I expected. Definitely not at this age. But these are her passions and she's having fun."
Lily-Rose's runway career is undoubtedly taking off and following the footsteps of her 52-year-old mother who is also a musician and Chanel muse.
As a matter of fact, Lily-Rose graced the runway of the recent Chanel's 2014/15 Meteiers d'Art Collection show in March, International Design Times reported. She also appeared in a music video of the Dublin rapper Rejjie Snow's "All Around The World." Moreover, the daughter of Vanessa Paradis will be working together with actress Natalie Portman in the 1930's drama called "Planetarium."
Aside from that, Entertainment Tonight informed that she was featured in the campaign called "The Self Evident Truths Projects." It aims to show 10,000 people in the United States who are 100% sure that they are straight.
In fact, founder of the photography project IO Tillet Wright said that Lily-Rose was very eager to be a part of the said cause "because she falls somewhere on the vast spectrum." Meanwhile, Johnny Depp, who also has a son with Vanessa, said "She knows that I'm always there for her."
Meanwhile, Food World News previously reported that Johnny and Amber Heard helped distribute hearing aids to hundreds in need last month before he performed with his Hollywood Vampires band at the Rock in Rio music festival in Rio de Janeiro.
