Through thick and thin Giuliana and Bill Rancic have each other's backs. Now the duo are a pop culture power couple in Hollywood.
The two, who've been married since 2007, spilled the secrets of their marriage during an interview on "Good Morning America".
"I think the difference between us and a lot of these other couples is, from the beginning our foundation was very strong," said the "Fashion Police" co-host. "And as the seasons pass, it's actually easier to do the show. Like, we get it. We get that there's cameras around."
The "E! News" co-anchor gave viewers a first-hand account of her struggles through multiple fertility treatments and even a miscarriage on the Style Network reality show "Giuliana and Bill". The cameras were even present when Giuliana was diagnosed with breast cancer after a mammogram at 36 years old.
"It's been a miracle, if you look at where we've come from," Bill said. "We've had some of the darkest days of our life. And some of the greatest days of our lives."
Through their reality show, the couple has brought the importance of cancer awareness to thousands of homes.
"We can't make it through an airport without someone coming up and saying 'thank you. My wife finally got a mammogram.' I mean, not a day goes by where that doesn't happen," Bill said.
Bill and Giuliana welcomed their first son, Edward Duke Rancic, in 2012 via gestational surrogate. They haven't ruled out adding another to their growing family either.
"Before we decide on baby no. 2, we just want to decide if we can do it," she said.
The pair met when she was interviewing him for E!. He invited her out that very first time.
"I said 'drinks or dinner?' and he goes 'that'd be great, too,' and we were engaged eight months later," Giuliana said.
