'Selma Blair' on Playing 'Kris Jenner' in 'American Crime Story': "I Don't Have Enough Good Things to Say About Her"

Selma Blair revealed what it's like playing Kris Jenner in the upcoming anthology series "American Crime Story: The People vs O.J. Simpson."

"I happen to love Kris Jenner," the actress told Us Weekly. "I found her to be endearing and extremely intelligent and warm and generous. I don't have enough good things to say about her."

"I thought she was wonderful. I don't think I knew just how amazingly likeable she is and how giving," she added. During the "Legally Blonde" actress's lovefest, she also called her TV inspiration "endearing," "extremely intelligent," "warm" and "generous," Wetpaint informed.

The "American Crime Story: The People vs. O.J. Simpson" focuses on the 1995 murder trial of the former NFL star. The "Cruel Intentions" star even told the publication that she closely followed the proceedings which culminated in a not guilty verdict which was handed down 20 years ago this coming weekend.

The 59-year-old mother of Kourtney, Khloe, Rob and Kim Kardashian, and Kylie and Kendall Jenner was married to Robert Kardashian that time who represented Simpson in the trial as his defense attorney.

"I remember really following the O.J. Simpson case and really feeling tremendously for Ron Goldman's family and Nicole Brown Simpson," Selma said in a statement. "I think it's important to keep remembering."

"People do say I look like Kris," Blair told the media outlet at an event for the Children's Justice Campaign on May 12, when she and the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star met on the red carpet for the first time. "You kind of have to get in her mindset from like 20 years ago with this trial."

"American Crime Story: The People vs. O.J. Simpson" is set to air in February 2016. It features a star-studded cast which includes Cheryl Ladd, Connie Britton.Cuba Gooding, Jr., David Schwimmer, Evan Handler, John Travolta, Jordana Brewster, Nathan Lane and Sarah Paulson.
