Newlyweds Kristin Cavallari and NFL quarterback Jay Cutler have signed the lease on their 8,200 square-foot mansion in Chicago.
According to the real estate blog Trulia, the former "Hills" star and the Chicago Bears star will be paying $10,000 a month on their new home, which could be seen as a smart move since the athlete's contract with the Bears ends next month.
The couple will be enjoying a gourmet eat-in kitchen, Carrara marble counters, a fire place and a library. Cavallari confessed to People Magazine that the kitchen was her "favorite room in the house." The rest of the house includes a sweeping main staircase leading down to Mable floors and a full finished basement.
Before they married Cavallari and her hubby were renting a three-bedroom, 2,050 square-foot condo on Chicago's North Side for $6,500 a month, according to the Daily Mail. The couple's son turns one on Aug. 8.
The blonde beauty rose to fame on MTV's "Laguna Beach" has left reality television to try her hand at scripted television. The couple already have baby boy Camden. Recently, the reality star hinted at plans to increase their family.
"We are both ready for baby No.2," said Cavallari, while promoting her first-ever collection for Junk Food and NFL Women's Apparel, which will debut at STYLE360 during New York Fashion Week. "I don't have any announcement today, that's for sure, but we're getting' there."
