Paul Walker Daughter Sued Porsche For Its Contribution To The Death Of Furious 7 Actor

Almost two years after the car accident happened that killed Paul Walker, his family is still asking justice for the death of the Furious 7 star. The actor's daughter Meadow Rain Walker has recently filed a lawsuit to Porsche.

The 16-year-old heir of 'The Fast and the Furious' actor is asking for the car company's answer regarding the death of her father. In the lawsuit filed, Paul Walker was still alive inside his 2005 Carrera GT car before he was caught in fire after the fatal crash.

Meadow Rain Walker claims that the car used by Paul which was developed by Porsche contributed to the death of her father due to its specific design flaws.

The American actor was therefore not killed by the impact after his car hit two trees and a concrete lamppost according to the complaint. Paul Walker was still alive when the sports car started to burn. The actor was trapped inside the vehicle for a minute and a half before the Carrera GT caught fire.

Also, contrary to the initial report that Paul Walker was driving at the speed between 80 and 93 MPH, he was actually traveling between 63 and 71 MPH as stated in the lawsuit.

Jeff Milam, the attorney representing Walker's daughter Meadow provided a statement about the lawsuit.

"She's a teenage girl who is still dealing with the tragic loss of her father. The bottom line is that the Porsche Carrera GT is a dangerous car. It doesn't belong on the street."

According to the filed complaint, Porsche was aware that the Carrera GT used by the actor had history of instability and control issues but the luxury car company did not act on it. The accident could have been prevented if a stability management system was installed.

If it weren't for the accident, Paul Walker would have been 42 years old this month.
