Winnie Copper is all grown up.
Danica McKellar got a sultry makeover for singer Avril Lavigne's upcoming music video "Rock and Roll." The 37-year-old child star turned math whiz sported a tiny skirt over blue fishnet stockings that left zero to the imagination. McKellar dressed in a post-apocalypse wear for the shoot.
She teased being part of a "mystery project" on Vine. Lavigne posted a photo of the pair on set.
"My partner in crime @Danicamckellar on the set today of my music video for #ROCKNROLL" Lavigne twetted.
"Just had the best time shooting @AvrilLavigne's new video. And she is so sweet and fun! Made me feel like a rock star. ;)" McKellar tweeted.
McKellar is known for her role as Winnie Copper, from the "Wonder Years," in the late '80's and early 90's. The actress finalized her divorce from ex-husband Mike Verta earlier this year. According to the Daily Mail, the pre-nup laid out a custody and support agreement in relation to their two-year-old son, Draco.
After filing for divorce last year, McKellar took to her official website to thank her fans for all their well wishes and messages of support, the Daily Mail reported.
"The end of a marriage has got to be one of the saddest events one can experience. I've heard that the pain is second only to an actual death in the family, and that sounds about right," McKellar wrote, according to the Daily Mail.
The former actress, who was a New York Times bestselling author has not given up on her roots. McKellar lends her voice to the animated series "Young Justice" and has had an reappearing role in "The Secret Life of an American Teenager."
McKellar latest book is "Girls Get Curve: Geometry Takes Shape."
"Rock and Roll" is the second single off the Lavigne's upcoming fifth studio album. The singer who married rocker Chad Kroger, collaborated with her husband to write a list of songs for the album.
