It's been one year since human rights lawyer Amal Alamuddin became George Clooney's wife in a celebrity-studded Venice ceremony (including Matt Damon and Bill Murray), and the couple has had to deal with all kinds of rumors since, including divorce and pregnancy - but how are they really spending this huge milestone in their relationship?
As it has been widely reported time and again, George Clooney's wife Amal is not only beautiful but she's also one of the most respected women in her field, having worked with top cases across the world such as the recognition of the Armenian genocide, but that doesn't mean the Hollywood actor and director isn't her top priority!
According to India Times, George Clooney and wife Amal celebrated their big day last Sunday, but they were out together for the past weekend enjoying having made through their first year of marital bliss, as they were spotted on Friday enjoying dinner at Asanebo Japanese restaurant in Los Angeles' Studio City.
As they celebrated their landmark, though, there are some people aren't happy with neither the Oscar winner nor George Clooney's wife: their new neighbors!
As The Daily Mail reports, the couple's most recent home purchase, a huge mansion in the Sonning village near Reading, England, is currently being renovated, and the neighbors have had more than enough of the construction work the celebrity couple's making on the $15 million home, as way before they even move in, the people around have had it with the "Gravity" star and George Clooney's wife.
"I think the building work is disgusting and it's starting to drive me mad," said an exasperated neighbor to BT, speaking about the ongoing renovations. "The whole place looks an absolute mess and it seems like there is no end in sight to the carnage. It should have finished by now anyway."
It's unclear when their home will be finished, but one thing is certain for George and George Clooney's wife Amal: they have to deal with some of the same problems as everyone else, including neighbors who can't stand them!
