Halley Berry is officially off the market, again.
The actress wed her French actor and fiancé Olivier Martinez, in Chateau des Conde in Valley, France a source told People. The ceremony took place in the Renaissance complex and was performed by a local mayor.
The bride and groom were photographed in a white limousine. The celebration was said to extend into the night. The Oscar winner and her new husband headed for their romantic nuptials earlier this week. They were spotted at LAX with Berry's daughter with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubrey, Nahla.
This will mark the third marriage for Berry. She was previously married to baseball player David Justice in 1993 and singer Eric Benet in 2001.
The 46-year-old who swore she would never get married again in an interview with Oprah, said she was surprised to find herself engaged again.
"Who knew," the actress told "Extra". "I swore it off right? Never say never people."
Berry kept quiet about her wedding plans, but told Instyle magazine last year that she did not want a big wedding.
"I do know it will be very small," Berry told the magazine. "I haven't been to many wedding, but I went to one this weekend with 250 guest. I thought, wow so this is a wedding, Huh? I've never had that, nor have I wanted to that."
Berry and Martinez family are also expanding. In April the couple announced that they would be expected their first child together in the fall.
The couple got engaged in March 2010.
