King Ba Arrested: Chris Brown Baby Mama Nia Guzman’s Boyfriend Charged With Felony Forgery [PHOTOS]

Chris Brown was nervous for 1-year-old daughter Royalty‘s safety after he found out Nia Guzman‘s boyfriend King Ba was wanted by the Houston Police Department for allegedly forging checks.

After evading authorities for a few weeks, King Ba is finally behind bars, but how he got there proved to be a very interesting fact.

The ex-boyfriend of Chris Brown‘s baby moama, who is the man written on baby Royalty‘s birth certificate, reportedly turned himself in after seeing his mugshot on Crime Stoppers, according to TMZ.

Not too long after he was behind bars, law enforcement revealed that King Ba was released on a $5,000 bond. It is uncertain if King Ba reunited with Nia after he was released.

It all started when there was footage of a man who authorities assumed to be King Ba on surveillance tapes using forged checks. This lead the Houston Police Department to search for King Ba on the charges of using fake checks all over town.

According to Crime Stoppers, King Ba allegedly forged U.S. Treasury checks totaling over $5,000, deposited these checks into local bank accounts and then proceeded to withdraw crash from them.

Police said that the suspect was known by four different names: Kevin, Kelvin, King Ba and Brazil.

Even though Nia has claimed to be separated from Ba for some time, it did not help in her favor of asking for $15K in child support, and full custody of Royalty.

Things seem to be going Chris’ way in his personal life. Not only is King Ba reportedly out of Nia’s life, the 26-year-old singer received joint custody of his precious 1-year-old daughter!

Chris and Nia will share joint physical custody, and Royalty will go back and fourth between their homes every 4 days, according to TMZ. Nia will also only receive $2,500 a month instead of the $15k she was asking for.
