With age comes wisdom, or fortune, if you're former Beatle Paul McCartney.
The 70 year-old musician is reportedly the richest musician in the UK with an estimated net worth of $1.04 billion Yahoo! reported. In British terms, that's 680 million pounds.
Following McCartney is Andrew Lloyd-Webber at 620 million-pounds ($950 million), who is famous for composing and Broadway plays. His shows such as "Cats", "Phantom of the Opera" and "Evita" helped in boosting him to second place.
Following him is the Irish rock band U2 at 520 million-pounds ($800 million) and Elton John at 240 million-pounds ($350 million). Rounding out the top five is Rolling Stones' frontman, Mick Jagger, at 200 million-pounds ($300 million).
The "Rich List" will officially be published in the Sunday Times on April 21, according to Yahoo!
McCartney has topped the list since it was first indoctrinated in 1989, when he was worth 80 million-pounds ($120 million).
The former lead man of The Beatles had a number of engagements that netted him tons of cash such as performing at Queen Elizabeth's Diamond Jubilee and opening and closing the 2012 London Olympics.
However, most of his "dough"-rei-mi-fa-so-la-ti-do came from his "On The Run" tour, which grossed $57 million from 18 shows.
Adding to his amounting empire was his wife Nancy Shevell's stake in her father's New England Motor Freight trucking operation, according to Yahoo!
Adele topped UK's Young Music Rich List for artists under 30. She's amassed a 30 million-pound ($46 million) fortune. Her album "21" was largely responsible for her growing wealth.
One Direction have become the UK's richest boy band with a combined 25 million-pounds ($38 million), which puts them just ahead of the group JLS, who have a combined 24 million-pound ($36 million) net worth.
