DJ Sues Taylor Swift After Being Accused Of Butt-Grabbing

A former Colorado DJ sued Taylor Swift after he was reportedly accused of grabbing her butt, reports say.

The DJ named David Mueller took his legal actions against the 'Bad Blood' hit-maker after he lost his job because of the accusations that claimed he was 'grabbing her bottom', as stated in the filed documents in the federal court.

David was reportedly fired from the radio station where he was working at despite insisting his innocence of the allegations thrown at him. The incident took place in June of 2013, when David attended a meet-and-greet with Taylor Swift, along with David's girlfriend and co-worker named Sannon Melcher.

Reports say that David was in charge with interacting with the celebrities. In fact, he and Shannon were actually at the backstage with the singer and both of them even had pictures with the pop star.

However, David allegedly lifted Taylor Swift's 'skirt with his hands and grabbed her bottom', which began her complaints against the DJ.

Following the incident which seemed to have made Taylor feel violated, she immediately ordered her security team to get inside and asked them to take out David and Shannon from the area.

"The contention that Mr. Mueller lifted up Ms. Swift's skirt and grabbed her bottom, while standing with his girlfriend, in front of Ms. Swift's photographer and Ms. Swift's highly trained security personnel, during a company sponsored, VIP, backstage meet-and-greet, is nonsense, particularly given that Ms. Swift's skirt is in place and is not being lifted by Mr. Mueller's hand in the photograph" the lawsuit stated.

While Swift's side has described the picture as 'damning', adding that the radio station was immediately given the right evidence after the incident. Mueller's lawsuit is throwing the accusations aside as it reads, "Although Mr. Mueller's hand is behind Ms. Swift and therefore not visible, it is clear that her skirt is in place and is not being lifted by Mr. Mueller's hand."

David Mueller aims to recover his lost income from the time he was fired, which he added that he was making $150,000 every year.
