Now that principal photography has ended for DC Comics' big 2016 film releases, namely "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" and "Suicide Squad," now it's time for the studio to focus on further projects, such as the first big screen adaptation of the company's famous heroine, as "Wonder Woman" 2015 rumors keep popping up.
In the latest "Wonder Woman" 2015 rumors, as DC's currently looking to cast the film starring Gal Gadot reprising her role from the "Man of Steel" sequel, it appears like two television veterans might be peeking through the famous Amazon woman: "Game of Thrones" Ned Stark and Vanessa from "Penny Dreadful," Eva Green.
According to Heroic Hollywood, there's currently a huge "Wonder Woman" 2015 rumor running around town, as it seems the two actors (both James Bond movie veterans, with Bean playing a villain in 1995's "GoldenEye" and Green a Bond girl in 2006's "Casino Royale") are currently being eyed by Warner to play baddies in the comic book movie.
IGN reports that the "Wonder Woman" 2015 rumors claims that Bean is being eyed for the role of the God of War Ares, while French actress Green could be taking the role of Circe, the Sorceress; in all, two of the biggest foes the bearer of the Lasso of Truth has ever faced in the original source material.
With the movie two years away from its June 2017 release date, it seems like for now those "Wonder Woman" 2015 rumors are very early in the making, and according to Slash Film, while Warner's looking to bag these two actors, there's nothing official as of yet, and it's even unsure if the studio has already approached Bean and Green.
For now, the only two performers confirmed for the film are Gadot in the title role and "Star Trek" actor Chris Pine, who will be playing Diana Prince's romantic interest Steve Trevor.
Soon, more "Wonder Woman" 2015 updates!
