A dessert shop in Orange County is allowing adult customers to have a mixture of nostalgia and the present time. Torch S'more Co. innovated a way for customers to get creative with their S'mores. They just have to choose from several flavors including marshmallow, chocolate and wafer, as well as the restaurant's alcohol-based selections.
Their booze? The creative dessert shop has Bailey's Irish Cream marshmallow and Guinness graham cracker, or a whiskey bacon marshmallow with vanilla graham cracker.
After customers choose what they want in their S'more, a torch is pulled out and the tasty snack is burned for them.
On Yelp, customers have mixed reviews though about Torch S'more Co. Apparently, you can put anything you like in your S'more:
"I would definitely go back to 4th street market just for Torch. Personally, I love smores. They made it even better by customizing what you can put in the smore. They said they have milk and dark chocolate but when I went, they only had dark chocolate. I usually go for milk chocolate but the dark chocolate tasted really good!" said Yelper "Roshini D."
"Then, I picked the whiskey bacon marshmallow! Who knew mallows had different flavors?! You can taste the difference from a regular s'more. Can't wait to try this again!" added the Yelper.
"I picked the Classic graham cracker with the Baileys marshmallows and milk chocolate. Graham cracker - 2 Star: it was really crunchy which wasn't bad but it was also really thick and sugary. Not what I expected. Marshmallow- 3 Star: Bailey's Irish Cream flavor from first to last bite, almost to much for me. Wasn't melted evenly. Milk Chocolate - 5 Star: Hard to go wrong," said Yelper Christopher G.
